Banana chips(artikaya chips)

Plantain chips fry(artikaya vepudu)

ingredients:

plantain -1
salt as per taste
turmeric pinch
red chilli powder as per taste
curry leaves -10
urad dal-1tsp
chana dal-1tsp
red chili-1(optional)
jeera- 1/2tsp
mutard -1/2tsp
oil for frying

Method:

First remove skin of plantian and slice it and place slices into salt water so that they will not turn black
Later deep fry them evenly
(move your turner spoon over the chips gently in a circular motion so that they doesn't burn)
Now keep a wok and fry tadka items
Later switch of flame and add spice powder and add chips at this stage
Now mix them gently add switch on the flame and fry them for 3 mts

Now the chips curry is ready.....switch off the flame and serve this sambar or rasam or as a side dish.....

punjabi chole

PUNJABI CHOLE(TANGY AND SPICY) CURRY

Ingredients:

onions - 2(nearly 50 gms)
chana(chole) -100gms(1 cup)
tomatos -3(nearly 100 gms)
green chillies -2
garlic -10 pods
ginger -1 inch cut in to strips
dalchini(cinamon) - 1 strip
cloves(lavangam) - 4
oil - 2 tbsp
ghee - 1tsp
chat masala-2 pinches
salt as reuired
chilli powder as required
chole masala - 1 tbsp
kasuri methi - 1 tsp crushed
turmeric pinch
tea bag or potli -1

METHOD :
Soak chole over night and boil in a pressure cooker up to 4 whistles with tea bag and pinch of salt.
Now make paste of onions and garlic paste 

now heat kadai and add oil and ghee and add jeera
Add onion paste and fry until oil seperates
Add cinamon and cloves and chillies and ginger pieces
Add tomato puree grinded along with few chana
add spices and add chana boil until oil seperates
Now add kasuri methi at the end
